Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive the order confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, via an e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided. If you haven't received a confirmation, please check your junk / spam inbox. If you have not received the order confirmation within the indicated time, do not hesitate to get in touch with our customer service, who will be able to answer your questions.

Where is my delivery?

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email complete with your package's tracking number. Through this tracking number you can follow the updates and find out what the current status of the shipment is. If your package is delivered despite your absence, please check if it has not been delivered to your neighbors or if it is stored at a courier branch, contact us if you are experiencing any issues.

When will I receive the refund for my return?

Once we have received your return and have checked the item’s conditions, we will send you an e-mail complete with a credit note and the refund procedure will be initiated. Receiving your refund may take a few business days. The refund will then be issued with the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid by cash on delivery, do not hesitate to provide us with your IBAN in order to be able to issue your refund.

Is it possible to reduce delivery times?

We attach great importance to the speed of processing your goods and respecting the delivery times indicated on the items. The minimum delivery time is 5 working days and delivery times may vary according to the country of destination. Why am I not receiving my order despite having made the payment?

There can be various reasons why you have not yet received your order, even though the payment has been made. First, check the delivery times indicated in the product page. What should I do if I have received a damaged item?

Return the damaged goods and request their replacement or refund. Please contact our customer service directly, who will be able to provide you with adequate assistance.

How long is the warranty period?

Private customers: All products have a warranty period of 24 months.
Business Customers: All products have a 24-month warranty period.
In all cases, the warranty starts from the day of delivery of the goods.
