ORBITAL SUSPENSION
The ORBITAL suspension is an interior lighting item that adapts perfectly to different uses, resulting original and furnishing in different spaces and in the most diverse contexts. Made of metal painted with epoxy powder colors, the product has a circular shape with concentric rings that make it special and unique. Orbital, is made with a connection for E27 bulbs, has a size of 40 and 60 centimeters in diameter, and is available in different single-color variants. Like all our lighting fixtures, Orbital can be customized according to the individual needs of our customers thanks to our company's “just in time” production. 80% of Orbital's components are replaceable in case of damage, in line with the eco-design legislation which came into force in September 2021. The Orbital suspension is made entirely in our factories with 100% Made in Italy products and elements.

The chandelier consists of three concentric metal rings painted with epoxy powder, a ceiling rose, an internal mount equipped with an E27 bulb attachment, a PVC electrical cable and three steel support cables.
The idea.

The processing.
Once the metal plate arrives in our factory, it is laser cut and folded by hand by our craftsmen to obtain the shape and dimensions provided for by the project. Immediately afterwards, three pins are added to the external disk for inserting the steel cables. In the next step, the metal parts go to the coloring department to be painted with epoxy powder paint. Finally, during the assembly phase, the ceiling rose, lamp holders, PVC electric cable and the three steel support cables are inserted. The work is completed with the packaging, produced and made with recycled materials and water colors in compliance with sustainability and the green philosophy of our company.
