MOSES SUSPENSION AND CEILING LAMP
The MOSES suspension and ceiling lamp is an extruded aluminum with two curved metal panels that enrich the line. The product is equipped with high quality LED strips and relative supports. Colored with epoxy powder paint, the product is available in different single-color versions and in three dimensional cuts, 100, 60 and 40 centimeters in length, for a height of 10 centimeters and a width of 15 centimeters. Moses, like all our lighting fixtures, can be customized according to the individual needs of our customers thanks to our company's “just in time” production. All Moses components are replaceable in case of damage in line with the eco-design legislation which came into force in September 2021.
What materials is the Lumicom Moses suspension and ceiling lamp made of?
The Moses suspension and ceiling lamp is composed of an extruded aluminum with two curved metal panels of our direct production and design, a light diffuser in satin PMMA and, in the suspension version, a PVC electric cable and two steel support cables. The product is complete with caps kit.
The idea.

The market response was immediately positive, confirming the excellent design skills of our product engineers. "
The processing.
The extrudate, produced from a matrix of our design, once it arrives at our laboratory is cut using a cutting bench in the dimensions provided for by the project. Immediately after we proceed to the realization of the two panels that we obtain through the laser cutting of a metal plate, which is subsequently passed on the calender for bending. In the next step, our craftsmen attach the two curved plates to the extruded after they have passed the epoxy powder coating department. Once the supports and internal LED strips have been inserted, we cut the PMMA light diffuser and apply it to the article. The last step involves the internal wiring of the components and, in the suspension version, the assembly of the PVC cable and steel cables that allow the article to be suspended. The work is completed with the packaging produced and made with recycled materials and water colors in compliance with sustainability and the green philosophy of our company.
