SATURNO SUSPENSION
The SATURNO suspension is a lighting item suitable for interiors that adapts perfectly to different uses, making it effective and furnishing in different spaces and in the most diverse contexts. Made of metal painted with epoxy powder, it has a particular oval and concentric shape that makes the product special and unique. Saturno is equipped with one E27 socket, it has a size of 60 centimeters in diameter and is available in different color variations (monochrome or gold/silver/copper foil). Like all our lighting fixtures, Saturno can be customized according to the individual needs of our customers, thanks to the “just in time” production of our company. 80% of Saturno's components are replaceable in case of damage, in line with the eco-design legislation which came into force in September 2021. The Saturno chandelier is entirely made in our factories with 100% Made in Italy products and elements.
What materials is Saturn by Lumicom made of?
The Saturno suspension is made entirely in our factories with 100% Made in Italy products and elements. The chandelier is made up of three concentric ovals in metal painted with epoxy powder, a ceiling rose, an internal mount equipped with an E27 bulb socket, a PVC electric cable and nine steel suspension cables.
The idea.

Already from the launch of the article on the market, we immediately noticed a great public interest in a suspension that is original and highly furnishing, both in domestic settings and in commercial and hospitality businesses. "
The processing.
From the same metal plate, once it arrives in our factory, the three oval shapes are cut to obtain the shape envisaged by the project and avoid waste of material and not generate waste. Immediately after, on each oval, three pins are added for the insertion of the steel cables. Subsequently the metal parts pass to the coloring department to be painted with epoxy powder paint. Alternatively for the gold, silver or copper version, the structure goes in our refinement department where our craftsmen manually apply the metallic foil. Finally, during the assembly phase, the ceiling rose, lamp holders, electric cable and steel support cables are all mounted in place. The work is completed with the packaging, produced and made with recycled materials and water colors in compliance with sustainability and the green philosophy of our company.
