SPRING SUSPENSION
The SPRING suspension is a lighting item suitable for interiors equipped with an E27 bulb attachment and metal elements painted with epoxy powder. With a diffuser of 35 or 50 centimeters in diameter, Spring, with a simple and particular design thanks to the decorative structural element placed on top of the diffuser, is available in multiple monochrome variants. Like all our lighting fixtures, Spring can be customized according to the individual needs of our customers thanks to our company's “just in time” production. 80% of Spring components are replaceable in case of damage, in line with the eco-design legislation which came into force in September 2021. The Spring suspension is made entirely in our factories with 100% Made in Italy products and elements.
What materials is Lumicom Spring made of?
The Spring chandelier is entirely made in our factory with 100% Made in Italy products and elements. The article consists of a diffuser and a decorative metal structural element. Spring is equipped with lamp holders with E27 bulb connection and is equipped with transparent PVC electric cable.
The idea.

"
The processing.
The metal plate that arrives at our factory is cut in the shape of a disc and inserted into the press with the mold mounted for the drawing of the sheet to obtain the shape and size required by the project. Once the raw structure of the light diffuser has been created, the metal processing department creates the decorative structural element placed at the top of the diffuser itself, which gives a note of character to the article. The processing takes place through laser cutting first and metal bending in the second step. All metallic materials subsequently pass into the painting department for coloring through epoxy powder paint. Finally, during the assembly phase, the transparent PVC electric cable and the lamp holder with connection for E27 bulbs are added. The work is completed with the packaging produced and made with recycled materials and water colors in compliance with sustainability and the green philosophy of our company.
