TAPE SPOTLIGHT
The TAPE spotlight is a lighting product suitable for interiors provided in three different compositions: with one, two and three spotlights, each 6 centimeters in diameter and 10 centimeters in length. The item consists of a canopy, a tube, a metal arm, the transparent plastic cable lock and a rail support, for the version with two and three spotlights. Equipped with GU10 connections and with a simple and contemporary design, Tape is available in black and white colors while for the fabric cable there are multiple single-color versions. Tape, like all our lighting fixtures, can be customized according to the individual needs of our customers thanks to the “just in time” production of our company. All the components of Tape are replaceable in case of damage in line with the eco-design legislation which came into force in September 2021.
What materials is lumicom tape made of?
Tape is made entirely at our factory with 100% Made in Italy products and elements. The item consists of a canopy, a metal tube and arm, the transparent plastic cable lock and the lamp holder for the GU10 bulb. In the version with two and three spotlights, Tape has a rail support.
The idea.

Light is a subjective aspect. Tape allows you to direct the light according to the spaces and individual needs."
The Processing.
Once the metal pipe arrives at the company, it is cut through a band saw to obtain the shape envisaged by the project. He then proceeds to cut the metal plate to create the arm which is then folded through a metal bending machine. In the next step, all the metal elements pass to the painting department where they are manually colored with epoxy powder colors. For the version with two or three spotlights, before the passage in coloring, the track structure is created by cutting the metal plate through a band saw to obtain the support as per project. Finally, during the assembly phase, the GU10 lamp holder, the fabric cable, the transparent plastic cable lock are added. The work is completed with the packaging produced and made with recycled materials and water colors in compliance with sustainability and the green philosophy of our company.
