TIVOLI SUSPENSION
The TIVOLI suspension is an epoxy powder coated metal chandelier suitable for interiors. Equipped with lamp holder with E27 bulb socket, it is available in multiple monochrome and two-tones variants. In the two-tones version, the product has a glossy color on the outside and white on the inside. Tivoli, like all our lighting items, can be customized according to the individual needs of our customers thanks to the “just in time” production of our company. 80% of Tivoli components are replaceable in case of damage, in line with the eco-design legislation which came into force in September 2021. The Tivoli suspension is made entirely in our factories with 100% Made in Italy products and elements.
What materials is Tivoli by Lumicom made of?
Tivoli is made entirely in our factories with 100% Made in Italy materials. The product consists of a light diffuser, a decorative grille and a canopy, all in metal, in addition to the PVC electric cable and the lamp holder with connection for E27 bulbs.
The idea.

The processing.
The metal plate that arrives in our warehouses is cut before moving on to plate turning to obtain the final shape of the diffuser, as foreseen by the project. In the next step we proceed to the creation of the decorative grid which is obtained through a series of processes: our craftsmen, after cutting the metal rod, begin the shaping process by first producing the rings that will allow the connection of the various parts and then the realization of the joining components. The work of creating the metal grid is completed with the welding of all the pieces together and the fixing of the same to the diffuser through the use of three screws. The raw product is then colored through the use of epoxy powder paint. Finally, the item is assembled with the PVC electric cable and the lamp holder with attachment for E27 bulbs. The work is completed with the packaging, produced and made with recycled materials and water colors in compliance with sustainability and the green philosophy of our company.
